The gift shop at Old Fort Johnson is located in the Visitor Center located at the rear of the premises. The stone portion of the building we believe was built in the 1770’s and was used as a carriage barn. The upper story was added on after the historical society acquired the property in the early 1900’s. The shop features crafts by Mohawk Valley artistians and Old Fort Johnson souvenirs.

The gift shop open during Fort tour hours: May 15 to October 15, Wednesday through Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Old Fort Johnson t-shirts and sweatshirts are available in navy, burgundy or green in sizes M, L, and XL

A variety of locally made items are available including pure maple syrup, honey, beeswax candles tin ware, and hand woven dishtowels, placemats and table runners. Old Fort Johnson souvenir items include: mugs, note cards and pen and ink sketches. We also have a small selection of local history books and old maps of the Mohawk Valley.

Unfortunately we cannot process gift shop purchases on this website at this time. Please visit us when you tour the Fort. We hope to see you soon.
